It was a nice day in Oxford County to take a road trip to ,the Red Dragon Dairy Farm Market. My mission, was to get some of their local lamb. I found a perfect package of lamb rack chops. Some shoulder steaks for a tasty lamb Rogan Josh curry This time I prepared a Mederterainian Style BBQ Lamb Lolli-Pops. Cut rack into single bone chops and marinate with some olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary with some grated orange rind and crushed cumin seeds. A simple chop-chop veggie salad and dinner will be deluxe. I highly recommend you take a trip to the Red Dragon. Lots of inventory from the UK. Here is the link.
