The nice weather start to summer means it's bbq time again. One of my favourites is a bbq grilled ceasar salad with a well marbled angus New York strip steak with garlicky mushroom caps and a juicy beefsteak tomato with fresh dill, olive oil and parmesan cheese grilled alongside he steak.
