Through a meditative tea ceremony, participants will be guided on a journey deeper into the universe within. After the meditation, we will draw inspiration from multimedia to reflect on the masks we wear, the seeds we plant, and the stories we tell ourselves as we sow seeds of possibility and Springtime.
An opportunity to metaphorically dig our fingers into the earth of who we truly are. To get comfortable with allowing the mud and the dirt, along with the blooms and sprouts. Based on reflections from Mel's most recent book, The Turning, which focuses on writing over five years, from March to May.
An invitation to embody and experience, and grow our connection with more of ourselves and all of nature. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal or paper to write on.
